Look this place is either 5 star or 0 star. They do try and it's the only chicken game in town. Don't expect to eat there. ... It's either freezing or uncomfortable. Get it to go. I have gone to this location a few times to pick up food delivery and the staff and manager in the evening are very rude and... unprofessional! They refuse to make the customers drinks and insists on me making them when I should not handle any food I?mpicking up for delivery. Each time they purposely make me wait extra long while they serve other customers then they ignore mewhen I ask them to make the customers drinks. They speak in their native language to each other and just look at me. I had toleave the customers food there because they would not serve me so I could deliver the food to the customer. They refused to makethe beverages. Horrible customer service and I would NEVER give them a penny of my money! The worst of this is that theyprobably won?t change. I got the fish sandwich meal with a side of mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were great as they always are. However, I asked... for extra mayo and extra pickles on the fish sandwich. Instead, it came with nothing just a dry bun. Also the fish fillet was soincredibly thin (see the picture I've attached, that's after I took off the thick batter, it's ridiculous!) and the batter wasundercooked and doughy in the middle.
