Went to drive-thru to pick up my mobile order and it was missing an ingredient, I asked the cashier could I have what was... missing on the side and she told me I would have to come in because she was getting off in two minutes. I kept giving thislocation chances but I will not be returning. The customer service here is not good at all. I rather drive to another locationthat I get better service. Not enough employees at this location doesn't seem to be fully invested in their employees and their needs. It's on a major... street, but closes earlier than the other locations that are a little further away. Brian with the beautiful voice should alwaysbe at the window. He's extremely kind and his voice is soothing. We were excited about getting the location, but it's beenstruggling since Day 1. Read more
Waited 15min for a simple damn scone, no heating, no drinks, no nothing requested that need some preparation because I wanted it... fast (was sick of starvation) and was supposed for them to take only a few seconds to take it from the shelve and hand it to me.But no. They need to make mystery and a a waiting for their precious super fancy from outer world scone. Read more
Purchased an unsweetened green iced tea lemonade today. The only drink I ever purchase from Starbucks. The ?Simply Lemonade?... substitute for the usual lemon product completely dilutes the tea. The drink is diminished to just lemonade. Hardly anythinggreen about this drink. Tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. By that time, I was not turning around to return it. I?ve gone here 3 times and EVERY time they can?t get it right! They are extremely slow and inefficient. You can?t be both, I?d... be more than okay if they were slow, and the orders was on point, but they are chaotic in there. I never review places, but just a warning that this Starbucks is closed way sooner than what google says. I?ve gone at 4 or 5pm... and it?s always closed. When it is open, the line is insanely long and it takes a very long time. The orders I have gotten inthe past have also been messed up. The Starbucks itself is beautiful and located in a wonderful location but it?s not worthgoing to unfortunately. Read more
This Starbucks has been such a disappointment There are way too many complaints about this specific Starbucks I just don?t know... what to talk about and what to leave out. I?ll just summarize my review in the form of a 10 point scale system (10 isbest) Drinks: 4/10 (asked for my drink to be remade even though I hate to pull a Karen but I had to a couple of times) Storehours/dining options: 2/10 (you can never tell when to walk-in, get a drive thru, or use the phone app) Crew: 8/10 (the workersare nice but they?re not 10/10) Design: 9/10 (I really liked the interior design a lot.
