Update: the manager came to talk to me after he saw my stern look at all the employees cause I was getting impatient but then... again I didn?t have any breakfast this morning so I was a little bit hungry. But please read below, it?s pretty inexcusable fornewbies. There should be at least few workers that can make the items on the menu. I used to do the graveyard shift at thegolden arches so I know you have to be somewhat fast getting orders out to people. VERY oddly slow for a Taco Bell. I order twochipotle ranch chicken burritos and it taking them almost 25 minutes to make. This is horrendous; like I?ve been to Taco Bell inthe busy part of center city Philadelphia that move faster than these sloths. I?m definitely never coming back here again. Toomuch turnover at this location and these employees just don?t seem to care. Yesterday I hadn?t eaten all day, and usually Taco Bell?s are pretty bad, but I stopped at this one and they did not disappoint.... All my food was perfect, and they actually cheered me up after a particularly bad day. Shout out to the night crew who were upat 2am and made sure I was good and left with a smile ?? Read more

Its taco bell! Service here is good the food here is good the demeanor of the employees as good as well. If five star was... unbelievable almost unobtainable this would be three and a half Stars. I find that their breakfast sandwich is veryexceptional. It's called the Crunchwrap it's 660 calories and enough to get you going! On 09/04/21 around 1:45PM I ordered a few items, one of which was the new Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco from the Owings... Mills location on Reisterstown Rd. I get home and this is what I got. Is this mold or Ink from the marker they wrote on thewrapper with? It's green and the ink on the wrapper is black so I'm going with mold. Either way, it's on the food I'm going toeat. Thanks Taco Bell for your quality food and service and checking your food before giving it to your customers. Check yourfood before you eat everyone. So a few minutes ago, I had forgotten to add a side regular nacho with cheese to my order. When I got to the window to get my... food to pay, they refused to add a simple nacho side and demanded I go round back to the line to start the order. I love the customer service improvements that have been made since Covid hit. Before covid the service was horrible and the food... was fit for the trash. Since the renovations and I'm guessing all new staff, I haven't had a bad experience what so ever. Read more
