I had the best food and service here. I visited another Friday?s location a few weeks ago and that location didn?t come close to... the Owings Mills locations service and food quality. I was waiting 30 minutes for my drink and when she came back she didn?t remember that I ordered anything, I understandpeople forget so I ordered something simple, a bottled beer and waited another 45 minutes for that and never got it.
