This food is absolutely horrible. I ordered and the 1st delivery never arrived. The second order the food looks like it came... from a hood restaurant. Revisit 3/2022 female server long braids was very pleasant and attentive. Incan only give cajun shrimp and chicken 3 stars.... Roll was overcooked Appetizer came out right away entree took appoximately 17minutes. 2019 Previous review Great improvementrestaurant re-done. I had the best food and service here. I visited another Friday?s location a few weeks ago and that location didn?t come close to... the Owings Mills locations service and food quality. I literally had appetizers and drinks on my table within 15 mins of beingthere. My dinner didn?t take long either. 10/10 would recommend. I placed a order for curbside?? first my order had to be remade because the host / employee with black and blue plaits, gave... out our order. She had a very nasty attitude, she never apologized or said anything. She just didn?t care , plus we have beensitting there for a long time. Her customer service is very poor. First things first, the ?slushes? they charged extra for is no ?slushy? at all! It?s literally a cup of ice! 90% ice, 10%... liquid. I thought it would be similar to a slushy at 7Eleven or any slushy at all. Not a cup of hospital ice. The appetizerscame out AFTER the food. My burger was made incorrectly, they took it back and I waited what felt like 15 minutes for it to bebrought back. The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls was 75% cheese, 20% peppers and 5% steak. I was going to give a 5 Star ? but will have to give a 4 Star ? due to the fact that we waited for the food for quite a long... time and there was barely anyone in the restaurant. Plus we have children who was getting very impatient with the wait. Also,ourbuffalo wings came out too cold and looked old. Terrible service by the bartender, Bonnie. Not attentive at all, bar was about half full and others were not being serviced... either. I was waiting 30 minutes for my drink and when she came back she didn?t remember that I ordered anything, I understandpeople forget so I ordered something simple, a bottled beer and waited another 45 minutes for that and never got it. Our foodtook an hour to come out, while other guests that arrived later than us food came out sooner, seems as if she didn?t put it inwhen we ordered. When she brought our food we still had no drinks and did not see her for the rest of our stay.
