Ok here we go. I almost crossed two lanes of traffic when I saw there was a Wing Stop here but I waited for Friday to treat... myself. I tried to call before ordering but no one ever answered the phone. The online ordering doesn?t let me add more than oneorder at a time. I get there and the cook doesn?t use gloves. Someone asked for the mgr and his first response was I can?t talkbecause I?m busy. When he came out he did explain why they were not using gloves. Very young people at the register- they mayjust need a bit of coaching on customer service like no cussing or having your friends hanging around. I was told the phonedoesnt work. Oh well. We have to get our wings from some place folks. This here is not it. Food: the fries were small choppedfries. I now see why the reviews for this location are so low although it's fairly new. Went in today to grab my fav which is the... louisiana rub but left very upset and disappointed. The wings were soaked in a thick butter sauce (see pic) and smelledhorrible. The cashier also refused to refund the order since it was done online and told me to call corporate for a refund. Iwill never order from this location again and if I could give less than 1 star I would. You've been warned. Read more
I ordered garlic Parmesan thigh bites and there was no chicken ???? how is that possible?? I broke up all this breading and not... one stitch of damn chicken as you can see in my picture I received breading covered in butter and Parmesan gross ???? and thefries were ice cold. We ordered 6 different flavors and we all loved them! Fries were good but got soggy by the time we got home. Next time we will... eat them in the car on the ride home. We will definitely return. Kids started eating too quickly and I missed snapping morepics of our food. No complaints from any of them. I call that a win! Read more
Terrible food today. Wings were pale. Ordered Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parm and Old Bay. All were supposed to be dry rubs. Got to my... house and all were slathered in THICK sauces. Fries looked they were the bottom of the barrel. All short greasy pieces. Willnever go to this location again. Though it would be good because its a new location. Terrible. Read more
Man the reviews on this place are brutal ???? I was reluctant, but tried it out. All I got were boneless wings and a drink and... it was decent. The hottest sauce they have "Atomic" isn't really that hot. Good sauces. Big boneless wings. Coke Zero was onpoint. The girl at the register was a little stand-offish but not bad. Wings were very good got half Garlic Parmesan the others half Old Bay.and veggie sticks. Young lady at the register Saturday... July 2 was very nice. Really only outdoor seating. The wings were very good but they were small. This is not my first Wing Stop the Wing Stop wings in Laurel are much bigger. So. I was scared to order from this location based on the reviews. I tempted fate and made my order anyway. I really don?t know... why everyone is bashing them in these reviews because my order was fantastic. Wings were juicy and flavorful, fries were crispy.The ranch?. Phenomenal.
