The food is fantastic! That's the good news. Poor parking lot position. It's deadly to turn left out of there. The order taking... process seems hectic at times. Maybe they need a new system in place. Management seems scatterbrained at times.. could be theonion fumes getting to them. Read more
My favorite location by far, they have the number seven, which is the super steak and mushroom.. (50% more mea) I've been to... other locations that do not have it and it is disappointing. The gals and guys that work here are great, I usually go twice aweek!. Read more
Stopped in for some dinner as hubby loves their sandwiches. They are short staffed and the wait still wasn't very long even with... a line. The two ladies working were extremely nice and didn't get flustered with the line. The food was still quality and tastedgreat. If you stop in make sure to take some cash and definitely leave them a tip! Read more

I honestly believe that this is one of the best philly style steak sandwiches you can find anywhere, not just Michigan. The... sandwich rolls are tender but strong enough to hold together. The shaved ribeye steak here is cooked to perfection, and reallywell seasoned. They have grilled onions and peppers available and provolone cheese, and make sure you try their house made redsauce. We come here and the time. The staff is incredibly friendly and fast. What can I say. Well you get more than your monies worth when it comes to portions. I have never had anything old or un fresh it... seems everything is cooked to order so be prepared to wait an appropriate amount of time. If you are impatient and don't want towait long then you should know by now to call in, especially if its a big order with multiple sandwiches. When I just want 1I'll hop in the drive through and never wait too long. It's always delicious (no one working in food is making good money rightnow (besides some McDonald's) have enough to tip like regular restaurant and enjoy. Read more
We went thru the drive thru for lunch. We looked at the online menu-which didn't showcase all of the steak subs. So when my... husband asked first a steak sub, the guy asked him "which one? One thru 8?" We got a huge laugh out of that! Hubby ordered a 16"steak and I got a 6" philly chicken. Drive thru service was prompt & polite. Hubby really liked his sub, my sub was delicious!The chicken was perfectly seasoned, everything was just proportionally perfect! We got the kettle chips to go with thesandwiches. Came out for my sons speech therapy and stopped in for a giant super steak w/extra onions and they hooked it up!!! The employees... were super nice & even told me they thought my sandwich smelled good. If they read this? it tasted even better!! Thank you guysfor the excellent customer service & great food!
