Ordered a pizza about a week ago and it sat in prep on the tracker for over 2 hours. When I called Chase gave a half-hearted... scripted apology about being understaffed. Decided to continue with the order and didn't get the food I ordered at 6:30pm until10pm. Not to sound ungrateful but they didn't even give a complementary side for being 4 hours late. Now I've had to call andcancel my order because again my order sat in the prep stage for over an hour. I called and again Chase gave the samehalf-hearted apology and excuse about being understaffed. He told me he doesn't have time for customer complaints and hung up onme. Very Disappointed that Domino's allows this kind of behavior and inefficiency at their store. Read more
Usually don't have any issues either ordering over the phone or via the Domino's App. Delivery is nice and quick, too. The ONLY... issue I see is they don't have a chocolate chip cookie similar to how they make their marble brownie desert. Think that would bea nice addition for their desserts. Read more
Ordered on the Domino's App. I like doing it that way. I get carryout to save the rediculas delivery charge. I leave my home as... soon as I order, and but the time I get there it's in the portal waiting. Never have gotten a cold pizza. Always hot and fresh! Read more

Read edit below original post- First time ordering from this location. I ordered husband picked up pn his way home from work.... They did not give us 5 sauces and a salad that we paid for. I asked them if it was possible to credit my account and the younggirl on the phone told me she would have her manager take care of it, she then promptly hung up on me. Horrible horribleservice. The pizza wasn't great either. Thanks for nothing Owosso Dominos. Never again. Edit- Tried again tonight and theycompletely redeemed themselves. Ordered a lot if different sauces, salad, pizza, and bread and everything was amazing, nothingwas missing. Good job dominos! We will be returning. Edit-its really hit or miss. Tonight we ordered pastas, and they were dry.The cheese was even burned on the bottom of the pan, because there was no sauce. Edit 1/18/22 Dominoes is absolutely terrible.They put no sauce on their pasta. This is a complete waste of money. I called, and they didn't offer to replace. I spent over 20dollars for noodles with cheese melted on top. Absolutely horrible. Disgusting customer service. When they respond to thesereviews, and say they'll make it right by you, they lie. They mess my order up 95% of the time! Well this time around they messed it up so I called as I paid extra for sauce on my pizza... and the girl who answered was complete rude. I went to the store and said something and the boy was just as rude. They have 0manners towards customers. I'll never go back with such poor attitude and recommend not to go there. Read more
