Pizza was Excellent Service was fast 15 minutes and they answered the phone when you called to place your order Highly Recommend
If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered my pizza at 635 online which said it would be ready at 651 for pickup. Get there at 651... l, it's not ready and told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Come back at 705, still not ready and was told it would be 2 moreminutes by the man. At 721 still don't have my pizza and have to leave to get my kid from practice. Return at 730 and my pizzastill isn't ready. At 734 she finally brings it out. Add in the fact the man working there is carrying pizza trays with dough inthem while sticking his chin to balance them. He has a beard that is now touching people's dough. I just threw my pizza away,the health department needs to visit here as they touches numerous things including the registers and never washed their handsbefore going and touching the food with no gloves!! Unfortunately the worst experience I've had with a Jets franchise. I've been a huge fan for years and recently ordered a large... aloha bbq chicken and a large buffalo chicken and all but 3 pieces of $45 worth of pizza went in the trash. As previouslymentioned by someone else the bacon was mostly fat but that wasn't even the worst part the pizza itself had a very odd taste anda sheen to it like they had coated the pans in something or cleaned them but didn't rinse (I don't know exactly how to explainit but it was disgusting). On the upside the employee I dealt with was very pleasant.??????? Read more

I believe this is the 3rd time we've ordered pizza from Jet's in Owosso and it's excellent every time. The orders were correct,... the pizza was tasty (we order it well-done) and the Jet's team is very pleasant. Read more

We had my grand daughter's 1st birthday party and couldn't find anyone to cater, so we choose Jets in Owosso. They didn't... disappoint!! The service and food was AMAZING!!! Thank you Jets Owasso for saving her 1st birthday party!! Everyone LOVED thepizza, salad and wings!!! You guys ROCK, I don't care what anyone else says!!!! Read more

Just had the most wonderful experience. Placed my oder online for pickup. The online ordering was easy to figure out, since I... made modifications to my ordered item. When I showed up the staff was friendly, ready to help me, and had welcoming smiles. Ihave never been disappointed with the food quality either. Definitely will be back! Read more

Did a walk in for a slice of pizza prior to shopping. I'm absolutely ashamed to even have to write this but the place was... filthy. The pop coolers behind the service counter, the glass doors literally looked liked they hadn't seen any windex in quiteawhile. They were full of grease & hand prints from the employees as no customers can get back there. I don't even want to knowwhat the back of the kitchen looked like. The staff was very pleasant though. This upcoming part is not the stores fault but thefranchise owner needs to be aware of this situation as they are paying a high rent there and they can take it up with theirlandlord. The garbage cans in this plaza were so overflowing there was trash EVERYWHERE. In front of this store there was trashstrewn about and all the other stores. This happens ALOT. I'm tired of seeing the garbage everywhere when I come to this plaza.It's a health & safety concern that needs to be addressed. I ordered the barbecue chicken pizza which has bacon on it. The majority of the bacon was all the fat. The picture below shows... the fat from one slice of pizza. In addition, the pizza was burnt black around all of the edges and there was barely anybarbecue sauce on it. I certainly could not taste it. It was very disappointing.
