My sister and I slept in. We hadn't been in a little bit and we each ordered something a little different from each other. They said it would be 4 mins for popcorn chicken for a large order. It took over 14 minutes as I watched your employee Stacey... chit chat on the phone while slowly preparing the other part of the order. Read more

KFC Owosso has messed up our order the last 3 times that we have ordered from here. With gas prices the way they are, my husband... has to drive back to KFC to retrieve what they have failed to include in our order. Each time we are met with arguments whetherit was given to us. This last time, my husband went to retrieve the main entree a pot pie that he did not get and the girlsworking there were mocking him. The girl at the register was telling the other girl that ?he needed his pot pie?, while theother girl stated?it looks like he needs a pot pie?, and they both laughed at the comment. My husband stated how rude andunprofessional they were being and asked for the manager. After stating that she was not in, my husband said that he would becalling and speaking to her in which the girl behind the counter replied, ? you do what you gotta do?. This was very uncalledfor and this establishment just lost another customer. With this kind of service, we would not recommend this place to anyone!They would not get one star, but unfortunately can?t post without one. Read more
