This location is pretty good, but I have had times they don't get my order right even when they aren't busy. I have also had... some of the workers before be kind of rude, but it seems that's changing with them getting new workers. I went in the other daywanting to get another happy meal pale, and the self order said they were out of stock even though they had them sitting rightthere. They got my order right and I had good within 10 minutes. So I think they are doing really good compared to otherlocations I've been. Overall I recommend this location, but it's only McDonald's so I wouldn't drive out of my way for it. Read more
It's terrible when it comes to flavor. But cheap. So, depends what you're looking for. 1 out of ten times they will get a... special order correct. So remember it's an equal opportunity employer. And you get what you pay for. Service definitely is not astrong point and you're definitely not paying for service. Read more
This place keeps surprising me with how bad the customer service and quality has become. I did a mobile, curbside order today... and waited 45 minutes during lunch rush for my food. I know their busy but no communication and food quality was poor. Don'texpect to get your food in under 30 minutes if you mobile order during lunch rush. Read more
John (Manager) is the real MVP! This man is always one step ahead and going above and beyond. He works all areas and when he's... working, I'm rarely waiting for my order. He is the fastest moving person there and is always on top of things. This mandeserves a huge raise. ???? Read more
Called the place to see if riding my bike 3miles both ways so 6miles to see if the lobby would be open. They said yes they will... be open till 11:30pm. So we ride bikes all they way there so we could get an ice cream cone get there doors are locked theyrefuse to let us try drive thru won't let us get anything. Again we were on bikes no car. Called when we got the the man on thephone was rude and kept saying you wasted a trip must suck to not have a car haha I hung up and left but just know this placeand people are rude and they don't care. Breakfast was so yummy! I also didn't spend an enormous amount. 3 Frappuccino and 3 breakfast meals. They always get my child's... diva order( she is picky and doesn't like fast food cheese or egg from any where) So I am always happy with going to thislocation. Read more
Service was slow but fair, food was put together well and good my biggest concern is there were only 3 tables being ate at but... no table had been cleaned so I had to clean my own table off!! stayed about 15 min not one table was cleaned of in that timeothers that were coming in were also having to clean off there own tables. I guess since the Covid has diminished so has keepingeverything clean. Read more
