My son and I were there earlier today and they were friendly and welcoming even though they were incredibly busy. Their... drive-thru was completely packed. they had several people in the cafe and you could see the mobile orders coming through. But itwas handled well and the baristas were doing their job efficiently without showing signs of stress. Though they were slammed,they remade my drink because I forgot to order it with oatmilk. This Starbucks is always consistent with their quality ofdrinks. I'm from Washington, home of Starbucks and I would say it's easily one of my favorite cafe's simply because of the drinkquality and cleanliness. Read more
Went in to grab a hot mocha for my fiance and a cup of water. Was greeted with a rushed "welcome to starbucks" that sounded... neither sincere or happy. The gentleman who was called over to take my order seemed incredibly inconvenienced to have to take myorder. I noticed they had at least 5 if not 6 people working , including someone who kept walking up to the register to see ifthey had "beat their previous sales record for the week". I'm assuming this was the manager. I waited twenty minutes, with only3 cars in the drive through and Noone in line inside for 1 mocha and a cup of water. With all of the espresso machines, variousother equipment, and 5-6 people working, I wouldn't expect to wait 20 minutes during a busy period, let alone the slow post rushperiod they were having. Definitely don't go here if you have any sort of time constraints, because you'll get faster service atfosters downtown, and they make slow drip coffee for God's sake. This was a true example of mismanagement And poor training.You'd think they'd get their store in order by now but apparently not. Read more
Customer service was great. Blueberry muffin was good. The Blueberry scone was a little dryer than normal but still good. Love... the Strawberry Acai Lemonade. Read more

Normally this Starbucks does really good. I?d give it a five star, but when they are busy they make the hot food well before... it?s my turn to receive my order and then it ends up cold like it was never cooked, which is super disappointing; maybe try totime it out a little better. ????And this location runs out of cinnamon coffee cake a decent amount which is a total bummer. Worst cup of coffee I've ever had. Tastes like tar. I Paid $3.13 for a medium coffee & couldn't even drink it. I could have used... it to probably clean my toilet but it probably would have damaged my toilet. It was the first time I've tried Starbucks and Iwill never go back! Tim Hortons is the best coffee by far. Tastes great and affordable. Go to Tim Hortons instead. Read more
When paying for a 12 ounce product 12 ounces is what I expect to get I even asked them to remake it and not include the foam but... when they did it seemed like it had even more. Once the foam settles I am left with (as you see) a cup that is a quarter of theway empty why am I paying for a 12 ounce product when I?m getting 8 ounces. Also this is not the first time and if you try tocomplain the employees just don?t want to hear it. Read more
Rather expensive prices for coffee, and a breakfast sandwich. The quality is far below what one could produce in their own home.... This being said it filled me and got me by. The coffee was sweeter than my preference. Read more
