Absolutely the worst subs I have ever had from them. Ordered "The Boss" which was supposed to have extra items added to the... regular meatball style sub only to be missing everything but the freaking meatballs. First time to this Subway (Durand's is closed). Grace and Ellie were amazing! Grace was so polite and made each sandwiche,... like it was her own. My wife made a comment of "Oh, this is gonna be so delightful" and Grace said "Oh, I hope so". She was sonice!! We'll be back! Hopefully they are working again! Read more

5/6/2021. I am honestly not one to leave bad reviews very often, but this Subway is absolutely ridiculous. Every single time I... go in there the staff is rude, and it takes them forever to get to you. I understand that the drive through is probablypriority, but it shouldn't come at the cost of the lobby customers.... I was in there today and one of the girls was loudlyverbably complaining about a customers order for everyone in the lobby to hear. Customer service definitely needs to be workedon at this location. The one over on the other side of town hooked to the Shell station is way better. ???? Read more
My family and I like this Subway better than the others in the area!! The Staff is very friendly, and the food fresh. The ONLY... reason I give a 4 star rating is due to the fake plants that have TONS OF DUST on them. The tables sit right under them, and Ihave a peeve about dust like that... Read more
