Ordered 18 chicken nuggets for my kids and I and not a single one was cooked fully. I called and the girl who answered only said... ?what?s the problem? and when I told her she left it at ?okay? I went through drive thru and order 2salads one was a taco salad and there was no taco chips then when I called she told me it... was in a bag with the chili there was a bag with an salsa and fork and knife she kept telling me it was in the bag well itwasnt they need need make sure everything is in the bags when someone order THEASE things so we had to had ham and more cheesein my salad so I can have something for my dinner the lady should stop arguing with customers on the phone. I had pulled into Wendy's literally 10 minutes ago due to my health issues I have from doctors diagnosis and went through the... drive through to ask if I could use their restroom because of my health issue and the lady told me yeah hold on a sec and so Iwent to door to wait for someone to open the door and a the manager came back to the drive through window and told me shecouldn't open the door for me and I told her I had health complications and needed to use the restroom I had been traveling foran hour and hadn't hit a bathroom where it was public and she told me she couldn't help me told me to go to McDonald's down thestreet. So these people here are real winners, the people inside could clearly see I was in massive amounts of pain but didnothing. Read more
Food and service is great, BUT someone is seriously going to get hurt due to how slippery the floor is. This is the second time... I nearly fell when dining in. This is dangerous and someone is going to get hurt. Strip off the wax and oil please. Read more
It was a pleasant lunch time experience. The biggie bags are where it's at especially when feeding multiple people on a budget.... But I tried to get the $4 bag for my son and they gave us the double burger $5 bag and I didn't notice but was like no bigdeal. Then my daughter dropped her sandwich on the floor and couldn't eat it and they didn't give her a new one I had to pay foranother whole sandwich. That was the only downsides of the day. Read more
