Very friendly staff and fast service food order was correct.. traveling thru town
They brown a lot ,making the French or curly frays to dry...rost beef sandwich very good.
The food was good, as usual. The service was not so much. The sauce dispensers in the lobby only had two, and the cashier didn't... ask if we wanted any sauces with our food. I only saw three people working and it's the beginning of the lunch shift so Iunderstand a bit of rush, but the overall service felt inconsiderate towards customers. Read more
My granddaughter loves this place! She even rang the bell when we left!! Staff was friendly. Needed a little stocking done on... condiment station but store was clean and they provided items we needed that wasn't stocked. (waiting for truck delivery)overall, very satisfied. This was my first job. Mrs. Hill was my manager. Place still great as it was 33 years ago! Read more
Experience was fine as always . Decided to get a sandwich I havent in years . They changed up the sandwich and wasnt good at... all. Was a disappointment..it was a chicken bacon and swiss...they put lettuce and tomato on it which ruined the flavor of thechicken and put it on a bun that I really dont like...been years since iv gotten this sandwich and hate they changed itup...buzz kill. I leave good reviews on businesses also so here we go. Not only did I receive half of the fries I ordered, I also did not... recieve my child's meal. The girl at the window didn't speak a single word to me, and I didn't get the sauce I asked (and paid)for. I know this is fast food and I shouldn't expect anything less than minimum effort, but I'd at least expect a "here ya go".Tried to call multiple times simply to.let them know, and I guess they leave the phone off the hook once thier manager goeshome.
