This restaurant has really went down hill! Bad food and wait staff. The whole restaurant needs a renovation from the inside... staff to the cosmetic appeal! Workers don't seem to care about customers at all! We stopped going there because of the bignegative change there! It's really a shame because it was once our favorite place to eat at! Read more
The older black lady appears to be the manager. She's very rude. I have been by there 2 different times at 11:25 a.m. for her to... tell me they didn't open until 11:30. A third time I went to the drive thru at 6:00 p.m, a lady said hold on and literally nevercame back. There was nobody else in line. So we left after about10 minutes. I'm writing this review because I love captain D'sfood when it's cooked the right way. I sincerely hope these things get fixed so we can start eating there again. I miss captainD's. Read more
I wouldn?t even give 1 star. Literally the worst place to get food at. Always cold & I will always wait 45 min to an hour just... to get food in the drive through. Read more
It stunk.. Slaw was sour. If there was a choice not to put even 1 star I would have chose that. They had paper straws that... didn't taste good and by the time you finished maybe 1/4 of drink you had to go get another one. And they didn't have anyutensils but forks.. Looked online and it says 10:30am is what time they open. We got there it was 10:59am was told they weren't open and when asked... they said they opened at 11am. (Once we actually went through the paper sign on the drive-thru window says 10:30am) the peoplewere rude and pushy kept asking is that all and are you done as we were trying to order. Overall just a bad experience. Food wasfine but then service was terrible! I was really craving Long John Silvers, but they are closed so I had decided to go by this Captain D?s location. I admit that I... ordered thirty minutes before closing, and I understand that can be frustrating. I spent $23 on cold double dozen shrimp andfour of the smallest, strangest tasting pieces of fish I?ve ever seen. These fish were literally about the size of a sharpie inlength, width and thickness. They had a strange texture more similar to chicken but still flaked like fish. They also tastedmore like chicken than fish. I think they cut one of the broiled fish into four strips and battered and fried them. I understandInventory and waste management are important, but I was truly disappointed in my meal. My family and I ate there a couple weeks ago and we?re a family of 4 and my son?s have a Big appetite especially for seafood,... but we ate there for dinner and customer service was great, they were friendly and professional. The wait time was only about25-30 minutes, but we didn?t mind because all the seafood it?s made to order, basically fresh good food cooked once ordered, Sowe really appreciated that. The food was great! Good and hot and for our wait time we were offered a drink or water and wereceived all the sauces we like. Read more
