Only get 30 min for lunch and I spent my entire time waiting in lane 2
The "drive thru" and pickup here are both a joke! I waited 30 minutes on my food to be brought out today when I used the "drive... thru". The last time I used the app to order, they didn't bring my drinks, so they went back in to get them. 15 minutes later,I'm watching the person who brings out the food chit chatting with someone from the "drive thru" who ordered after I got myincorrect order brought out. I finally got out of my car and walked over and took my drinks from her cart! #1 priority shouldbe correcting mistakes, BEFORE you bring food out to those who just ordered! Went in because I love mac and cheese. Commercial made my mouth water over crispy top. Not found on mine??? Super disappointed.... Tastes dull like reheated frozen TV dinner mac. Top it off, dry, over cooked chicken. Best part of meal was not tastinganymore. Just my experience. We wont be back. Read more
Love this Chick-fil-A. ???? If your order is not up to par, they will not hesitate to fix it and make it right. Service is... always great and employees are always a pleasure. This is one of the best and my favorite fast food restaurants in Jacksonville. McDonald's and Taco Bell could definitely take a class from them in food service and customer service skills and pretty muchhow a restaurant should run. If you want good fast food, visit Chick-fil-A. I got grilled chicken nuggets like I always do at chic fil a .. the nuggets were a bit dry and didn't have much flavor .. they... are usually moist and have a kinda citrus flavor to them...was kinda sad for $8.. I don't know what was up ... maybe they wereold ? Anyway I hope they are better next time... I didn't wait long and the young man who brought my food was super nice :) Read more
Just about the only thing my son likes is the nuggets from here. We came on a Saturday and used curb side pickup (which I am... grateful for). They forgot to give us our child?s kids meal but the girl went back in and got it for us so that wasn?t aproblem. They didn?t put his prize in there so he was a little upset. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the strips werealso cooked very well and was delicious. I honestly don?t think we?ve ever had a bad experience with chick-fil-a. Read more

The fries in each combo that they served us tasted like cardboard. This has never happen to me before, they were always... excellent to satisfactory. I have never felt like turning around in Oxford traffic, walking across parking lot and into a mallto find a food vender to tell someone they did a VERY UNSATISFACTORY job. Not only was the fries a disappointment but tea wascolored water. Did not come back in this time but will never again. Unsatisfactory food will follow you because I can?t befirst! Read more
