This Domino's is one of the best! I posted 5 stars a year ago, but gotta brag about today, 9/02/22. Sometimes we haven't got the... extra cheese/toppings we've paid for, but today they hooked it up! Nothing cooked to long, or burned, and the cheese and extratoppings was AWESOME! THE BEST PIZZA AND CHEESESTICKS EVER! My family always uses the dominos next to the Chevron on McClellan blvd. We have never had a bad experience from here and the... food is always amazing! I have never ran into a ride employee here either. They have always been very helpful and very kind tothe customers! I highly recommend going to this one! Read more
I usually love Domino's however when a driver comes up in a business and makes racial comments while walking out the door and... being rude while I'm on phone with customers, is ridiculous!! Then I try to call the manager, spoke to Natalie, which says sheis the manager and She is incredibly rude as well. This location has lost my business!! Only ordered from here 5 times. One of the times they forgot my breadsticks. Another time they delivered my order to the wrong... residence then took an hour to bring the correct order in which the driver was incredibly rude when it was HIS mistake. Anothertime I did not hear the driver knocking at first and he gave me very rude remarks about not coming to the door more promptly andthis was my final straw using this location. My daughter loves their pizza, so I will order her pizza and a salad for myself. A month ago, my salad arrived slimy & brown. I... called for a replacement, it took over an hour to get another one (on my lunch break). Friday, I took a chance and tried toorder one from them again. I could not believe the condition if this salad. It went out of date that day. The chicken was gray,lettuce was brown. It's so brown that the photo looks like it already has fried chicken mixed in. It was disgusting and Idefinetly wasn't eating it! I called the store, they said I could either come get my money back or they would have someone bringit to me, but they couldn't put it back on my card? I had also ordered a pasta bowl for a coworker and an extra cheese pizza.The pizza didn't have enough cheese to cover the sauce and the pasta was a child sized serving. The pasta dish used to be filledall the way up and the cheese used to completely cover the sauce with no red sauce coming through. I understand things have goneup in price. Personally, I would rather pay a little more and get the food I've always enjoyed, than pay the same forsubstandard quality. Don't think I will be ordering from them again. Read more
I am done. Going to support Shaq at Papa John. I ordered 2 Lg carryout 2 topping pizzas. I got them to eat while watching a... football game. This is what they gave me (pictures have been added to images. The pizza was over cooked. The crust wasburned/dried out.) How do you let this leave the store??? You know this is not a good pizza but you allow a customer to take thepizza home. I called an of course they replaced the order but I had to drive back to get the new order. That is time away fromthe game I wanted to watch and gas used to pick up the new order. The order before this one I asked for no garlic crust. Whatdid I get 2 Lg pizzas with garlic crust. I understand every order will not be perfect but to give a customer pizza that is notto the standard expected is lazy. All they wanted to do is see if I would complain or take what I was given. I never liked Domino's until I met my husband. It's the only place he'd order pizza from. Not all Domino's are the same, is... course, but this one is by far the best. Even if I don't pickup my order for 30 minutes after it's ready, it's still hot andnever dry. They're super fast and never got my orders wrong. Read more
