Went at 7:45 pm and asked if they served breakfast all day the girl replied rudely with "it'll be a 10 min wait" we said that... was fine and proceeded to order a gravy biscuit and she replied rudely "won't have sausage in it." I asked if I could just get asteak biscuit "ITLL BE A 10 MINUTE WAIT" Homegirl, your job is to please the dang customer not get an attitude over somebodythat just wanted a damn biscuit. It seems that there is little effort to seem professional. I also hear conversations and language I don't appreciate. ... Employees handling money and then handling food containers, putting their fingers inside cups and boxes. Also and employeesounded sick with a bad cough. I just walked out and did not order. The food is usually good and the people friendly,especially the lady in the dining room. I will avoid this Jack's when possible though. Read more
Usually they are pretty good, but the past couple of times they've gotten my order wrong and it's always something cheaper on... the menu. And they don't give me a receipt. One of the girls everytime she goes to hanf me something she pulls it back in thewindow and that gets teally annoying when it happens EVERY time. Food is always fresh, customer service is severely lacking at this location. Did not feel welcome, was not told to have a great... day or any sort of send off just given my food and a window shut in my face.
