Someone answered the phone to take my order and could not speak English clearly. He could not understand me and I could not... understand him. I even spelled out the word /pan/ and he yelled at me and said, ?thin crust?. I?m sorry, but if you?re takingorders over the phone you should be able to speak and understand customers. Horrible customer service. The staff was more concerned about being outside then making customer orders. There was several... people waiting on their food for over 30 minutes in the heat. The server told my parents that our food burned and she had toremake everything. She said it should be coming out the oven soon. She kept walking past the car to give other people theirorder who just arrived. We waited for over 40 minutes and they went in to get a refund. There was confusion about who themanager was and that the food is ready if we still wanted it. Definitely will not be back at all. Read more
If I could give this location a zero star rating I would. I placed an order online at 5:22pm for a dinner box. It said the order... would be ready in 10-20 minutes. When we arrived there was a line of cars in the parking lot. We pulled to the window in thedrive thru with two other cars ahead of us. We may have waited for 10 -12 minutes in the line in the drive thru. One of theemployees was outside crying and another employee was comforting her. When we got to the window the cashier/server Yvonne toldus that our food got burned in the oven. She said they remade everything and, she said it should be out soon. It wouldn?t takelong and to pull to the front because, she?ll bring it out to us when it finishes. We pulled to the front of the store. Wewaited for the food. As we were waiting, other customers pulled in. They got their orders before us. She came outside with othercustomers orders who had just pulled in the parking lot, and brought them their food. She looked over at our vehicle and walkedby to go inside. She came outside again and stopped by our car to ask us the order name again. We told her the order name andshe said okay. We waited for over 40 minutes for the remake that she claimed was cooking. My husband went inside and asked for arefund. There was confusion about who the manager was on staff. She said that the cinnamon sticks were ready that she can justgive us the food still. My husband told her no and asked for his money back for the long wait. She mentioned something about herco worker crying and that they were trying to see what was going on outside with their distressed co worker. We eventually gotour refund slip and went somewhere else. I definitely will not be back at this location at all, if I am ever in theOxford/anniston area again. Read more
When I arrived to pick up my pizza 10 mins early..Clerk said it was being sliced at that moment and will be ready shortly. The... pizza was totally dried out as if it had been sitting since the app order done an hour before. I regret the 20% tip ahead oftime. Read more
