it was awful!! the jumbo chicken was little hard pieces of breading and I sent them back to be recooked and waited almost 20... minutes and had to hit the button and remind them I was waiting on my food still. Fast service. Very polite waiter. It's been years since I've been to a Sonic so this was amazing.
We go here a lot due to it being the closest restaurant to our house. I love the food and the service. My only problem is the... order. I don't understand why, but every single time we order shakes/blasts, they get our sizes wrong. I always order minis andthere will always be one random small or medium rung up instead. Most of the time you have to say your order 2 or 3 timesbecause it's wrong on the screen. I just don't understand how they can mess it up that often, but the food is great. Read more
Each time we've been here we have been taken care of fairly well. My only issue is that often times our order is slightly wrong,... necessary condiments are missing, etc. Other than that customer service is pretty good and food comes at a fairly decent timeframe compared to other Sonic's in our area.
