Drinks were good as I expect from a Starbucks. The only reason I gave it only 4 stars is because the clerk charged me almost a... dollar more for my shaken black tea because I asked for it to be sweetened. WHAT???? She said the tea is unsweetened and to addanything cost extra. Craziness! Read more
Why did I stop here? I already knew I wouldn't like the latte, and I was right! Loose foamy top over dishwater espresso.
So it?s getting cold now and we started ordering hot coffees. This is our 3rd hot coffee order in the last 2 weeks. Same drink... every time as well. First time the coffee was warm not hot, no complaints. We still drank it. 2nd time the coffee was hot as thedickens. Perfect!!!! Today I ordered hot and girls got iced and frappes. My hot coffee was cold. Not cool but cold. We always domobile orders get there in a couple mins, we live under a mile away. So I understand my coffee cooling off in the 10-15mins oftotal wait time between order and actual pick up. But this never was hot. It?s bad enough the long waits there but then to giveus cold coffee is really annoying. Read more
Typically out of most items now. Waits are always extremely long. Staff do not appear as happy as they used to be, although they... are as "nice" as they always were, their smiles no longer shine through to their eyes. Starbucks, take better care of youremployees. Read more
Pretty well stocked and clean. Stockers block aisles frequently. Hard to find staff to assist with purchases - - most standing... around self check out areas socializing with each other. Average IQ o n the back side of the curve. Read more
It stunk like spoiled milk we weren't even greeted when we came in the table was dirty like (dirty dirty) we stood for like 7... min before the gentleman realized we haven't ordered yet even tho we were clearly standing at the register. He takes our ordermine and my oldest daughter was fine but my baby girls (13) was wrong then when I took it back up there to ask if they could heignores me completely so i go around to where the other young lady is show here she was like I'm so sorry I'll fix that for you.She goes to the gentleman and tells him so he can fix it and he said no he wasn't going to because that's the way it was orderedso she said that's fine I'll make it then it's ok.. and he replied no we don't do that they get what they order not what theywant later.. i was mad but i took the phone up there because I have the app and my receipt shows what i order and ..and ... Mydaughter read also read it off a picture so i took it up there to show her .. he said it fine i am gonna make it, i said thanksbut i just wanted you to know that he's mad because he messed up and don't want to take blame. But he was supper rude andlazy...they weren't busy either there was 4 customer and 1 at drive thru he had time to go to the corner and talk to the otherlady the lady at the drive thru was refilling stuff and the other lady was wiping down me still waiting on them to remake mybaby drink finally the nice lady realized he really wasn't gonna make it and that we were still waiting on it so she made it forus .... I love this Starbucks. My husband and I like to make up our own drinks, and they?re always more than helpful and beyond patient... with us. Even if we show up pretty close to closing, they?re always smiling and energetic. I just love it. Read more
