The food itself was delicious as usual. I used to be an assistant manager for a Tacobell in Georgia. Decently friendly service,... and quick pace with the food itself. I ordered a #1 regular. Floors and bathrooms are in question, however. Not exactly thecleanest place. Definitely need a sweep beneath the register area where crum and trash piles up for weeks. Although the bathrooms, the entire store was clean, and the staff were kind and helpful... this will be the last time I have a... soda from this location. The regional manager or the soda representative needs to stop in and reset the calibration on themachines. Read more
4 stars for fast service and hot tacos ! The lacking star is for the floors littered with trash and food and this fly that is a... local! It would not go away and then "sat " across fromme mean mugging...all taco bells have these fly locals and NEED one ofthose air thi gs at their doors to keep flies out....ew...can imagine them getting in the good.. Our meal cost about 21 dollars. We ALWAYS go to this location because the food is always fresh and hot. Tonight was a totally... different story, we dined in being we wanted out food fresh and hot. Our food was cold, I had tons of water coming out of myburrito supreme, my fiance his chicken was cold, cold to eat. Went to the register due to no Pepsi in the drink machine, 6times. Not one person acknowledged me standing there, even after I yelled, "excuse me" several times. Not one person even lookedat me. They were not too busy at the moment. We were there from 9:37pm u til 10:02pm. The meat in my burrito was so cold it wasinedible. Being I had paid for a drink and could not get it, and being one employee walked right past me at the counter to go onbreak, I threw my food away. Will be calling corporate about this visit. I'm furious I paid for a drink and food that I did notget (drink)and food that could not be eaten. Am very disappointed at the staff for not even acknowledge a customer at thecounter. I love Taco Bell but this location isn't what it used to be. I asked for extra napkins and was told there was plenty in the... bag..after leaving I checked and found only 2 napkins in the bag..there was 2 of us eating so needless to say 2 napkins were noteven close to being enough! I'm not sure why they always ask if you want mild or hot sauce when you order because I always haveto double check it the window and end up having more fire sauce than anything when I asked for mild ???? Cannot realize this isfast food and I appreciate the quick service but they could spend a little bit more time putting the food together better sothat the proportions go from one end to the other of the burrito or taco.. more times did not I end up with nothing but tortillaat the end ???? I will always eat Taco Bell I just wish the one we had locally cared a little bit more about their customers andthe quality and presentation of the food! Read more
Pathetic staff and clearly management. They save a ton of money not putting ingredients in the food.
They didn't have enough workers I picked up straw wrappers that were on floor in customer areas I was afraid I'd fall. The... area where the workers were had spilt food and napkins on floor it was dangerous for the workers. The workers were doing therebest they were slammed with customers Read more
