This place is absolutely ridiculous. First of all the last 3 times I've came to this location they have told me they are out of... chili OUT OF CHILI!!! The chili is the ONLY reason i come to Wendy's and i can NEVER get it from this location.So then i ordered2-10 piece chicken nuggets meal and paid an outrageous amount for chicken nuggets just for them to be pretty much burnt. So thenbecause i really wanted some chili i had to drive out of my way to the next location just to get it.The manager at this locationis very lazy and does not do the job they are paid to do. Waited in the drive thru for about 20 minutes for one car. 10 minutes was spent waiting for them to talk to us in the intercom.... After finally teaching the window, we got our food but we no receipt. They didn't pay attention to us at all. Couldn't getcondiments. After checking we found that we had one wrong sandwich. This last visit was takeout, and the previous was dine-in during the covid no mask break. Everything was exactly perfect. We... got a plain chicken w/cheese sandwich, and a Wendy's Double. It was good and I mean total noms. I got fries and a fountainCoke. The fries were perfect and the Coke was perfect. They have one of those new nice fountain drink machines. Mr. Snow was as cool as ice. ???????? I'm a trucker and can't bring a semi truck into drive through. It was 12:30AM, I was... sleepy and hungry and everything was closed. I?m writing this review to let others know to avoid this Wendy?s location. The location on tower road is well below the... standards that you would expect from Wendy?s. After a fresh remodel I decided to give them another chance, after a lengthy waitI ordered the number 12 which is a chicken sandwich with jalapeños and cost, for a small $9.89. The sandwich came out reallyfast but was dry and had to have been cooked over 30 minutes before I ordered. This Wendy?s has been bad for a very long timeand should be avoided. Read more
Not worth one star, honestly. We waited in line for an hour before we could order, the lobby was not open, so we could not order... in. We ordered six (simple) items and it took 20 minutes to get the order in. Then, only one window was open, and we were giventhe wrong food TWICE. The window worker tried to keep my older brother's debit card, and most of the workers locked the doorsand were playing with their kids in the lobby instead of working.
