Drive through was quick and smooth food portions has went way down and cost more but decent food
Slow as hell, took 4 people to work the cash register, your drinks taste like they have cleaning chemicals mixed in, and you... hand out the wrong food to wrong people, twice in under 5 minutes, while they where slow....don't waste your time or money. Read more
Food was good but fries were cold and I wasn't impressed with the sandwich . Don't remember exactly the name of it , sorry bout... that . I've usually gotten great service of food there . The lady at drive thru was very nice and made it feel as though sheloved her job at least . A lot of places it seems the last thing they want to do is work there but she had great customerservice. If I could give absolutely no stars I would. I went to this Wendy's location this morning (8/21/2022), I ordered my usual, When... I got to the window, DOUG, took my money and gave me my order, the food was good but the iced coffee was disgusting. It wasextremely bitter, all of the vanilla syrup was in the bottom of the cup, and all on the outside of the cup as well. DOUG, didnot make the coffee, a female employee did. When I told DOUG the problem he was very rude, stood there starring at me then said"What am I supposed to do about it." I said the last time the same girl messed it up, she made another. Well after askingsomeone if he could, the second coffee was WORST !!!! I called back and got Amelia who said she was a manager.... Thislocation has rude, smart mouthed workers and nasty coffee. Their commercial about their fries being chosen by some people to be better than McDonald's! I was very disappointed in the... entire meal. My handburger was barely warm and the fries did taste good but were obviously old because they were only slightlywarm for the few bites I enjoyed eating, then they were cold. I'll probably visit again and give them another try???? Read more
This was the absolute worst experience with customer service I?ve had at this place of business. I go to Wendy?s all the time in... Atlanta and by far this location is the worst. My mother ordered the Baconator with shredded cheese and they put possibly 6pieces of shredded cheese on her fries. BTW my mom got her order through door dash and had it delivered to the room.She was sodisappointed and unsatisfied so I told her to call the restaurant let them know I?m bringing your order back. She called twicegot the VM. So I goes to the drive thru wait in line the get to the speaker. I asked if I could speak to a manger very calm andeven said please. The young lady said responded with ? Why?? Instantly I was shocked. So I told her my complaint and she saiddrive around. I get to the window the employee did not speak she just looked at me. So I told her my complaint again then shegot the manager. As I?m holding my bag out the window I?m complaining about not having enough cheese on my fries. His responsewas so rude. He took out the time I guess to educate me about cheese. He said ?you order shredded cheese and not cheese sauce?.He didn?t apologize, he didn?t take the bag to correct the problem or even see what I was talking about. The fact that themanager was also unprofessional, unapologetic, and rude I wonder how is the supervisor of this place. I visited this place on aSaturday night at 7:30pm. Well if you're lucky enough to get them to come over the speaker and take your order then you have been there on a good day. I... have sat there for 10 minutes before and nobody ever offered to take my order. And you cannot go inside and eat because thelobby is always close so I will not be stopping there anymore Read more
