Visited Market 32 store 248 and was disappointed at the customer service I received the evening of 9/24/22. The manager of the... store was not able to trouble shoot the digital platform to successfully clip an e-coupon item. Her only solution was topurchase the heavy item and then return it the next day to allow the day shift to help me with receiving the e-coupon discount. I thought this solution seemed ridiculous and "backwards" at having to come back to the the store to receive better serviceduring the day shift. Please provide adequate training for your mangers, like why didn't she use her Market 32 account to clipthe item I wanted to purchase. Needless to say, I ended up not getting the item and found it baffling how she could not assistme to get the e-coupon clipped or have another solution other than what I stated above. Also, she was called to come to assistme when I asked to speak with a manager and took up to 10 minutes to show up in the front of the store. Read more
Great home shopping Store Usually has everything and fresh especially the produce. A lot of good tasting ready made meals.... However, I was ignored more than once at the salad counter waiting to order something and I had to walk away. And each time I goto the seafood counter there is no one there. The sea food is delicious, but here again unless I have an extra 15-20 minutes towait I have to walk away without an order. Of course you expect to wait or shop and come back when you request something becooked, but I had to wait just to put in an order and no one else was waiting just me. ? Everyone is polite when they get to youbut I expect since they work so hard to make it taste good you have to be willing to wait for it. I really like this store and Igo to many, but they don't carry every single thing I use to cook. Like Jones breakfast sausage just the regular kind, orchicken skinless drumsticks. Maybe I just didn't see them but I kept looking and there was none. So it's off to a differentstore to get all I need. But, the place is worth the trip if your not in a hurry. Read more
The staff are helpful and kind. The store is clean. The produce section has hard to find fruits and veggies and the produce is... fresh. I am giving only four stars because there are good sales on fresh food and meats but not everyday items like toiletriesetc. Read more
I was in there the other day, I am temporarily disabled for now and I was in one of there scooters shopping. They had things... blocking the isles and their own employees wouldn?t even move the carts and I boats so that I could get by. They were moreconcerned about getting their work done and I was just an inconvenience to them. I will definitely go somewhere else than put upwith that. Read more
Stopped in again today while having to stop locally, here before and had a pleasant experience. Once again I was pleasantly... surprised, the gentleman(Nicholas and co-worker) in the Food Fare area politely went out of their way to accommodate my pulledpork sandwich request and Meghan at Starbucks was also patient and polite. The store is clean and well organized with so manyfresh options and it's very convenient for a quick place to grab a bite and sit down for a moment. Read more
Shout out to the lady in the deli and the gentleman on night shift who helped get my pull apart cupcake for my daughters baptism... today. They both went out of their way when I arrived after bakery hours not realizing it closed early. Thank you! Also, mycupcakes were delicious, affordable and absolutely beautiful. Everyone loved them. I go here often...but I must note that the other day, I went specifically for one of the large pizzas which were on sale. There... were no plain ones on display. I asked the lady behind the counter if there were any more available. I said I'd come back in alittle while. She went searching for me later within a few minutes, had a plain pizza with her to give to me. Very muchappreciated. Read more
