I went out with my family for dinner and the service was cheerful but super slow.The drinks were 1/2 to 45 minutes and I had to... say something. When my brother showed up 15 minutes late he had his drink before my sister, lol.Then when they brought the foodout I sat there for 5 to 7 minutes waiting for my food,unacceptable. I felt bad for my sister because she never gets mad and hernight was ruined but still tried to have a good time.You guys need to pick it up ,your a corporation with structure. Read more
Absolutely love this place! The waiter we had, Mike, was wonderful! Very friendly and was very informative to my 8 yr old... Godson, my Godson wanted to get a job there LOL and he asked the waiter to vouch for him. So much fun! The food was excellent! Read more
I usually like Applebee's but.....my cheeseburger was so salty I couldn't eat it. Someone else at the table said the same thing... about hers. It's the first time I've been disappointed with Applebee's. The service was good and we were seated quickly despiteit being a big weekend with the Oxford 250. The onion rings are really good with that honey bbq sauce. Based on pastexperiences, I'm still going back although maybe to Thomaston or Bangor. Never been disappointed by either of them Read more

I usually have great things to say about applebees. However the last couple times I've gone things have been forgotten, I've... gotten the wrong drink, and the last time my macaroni was still frozen. It wasn't remotely warm. The staff however, are alwaysvery pleasant and welcoming. The last waitress I had, even though she seemed stressed, was awesome. I wish I could remember hername. But she was so sweet and apologized profusely for the mistakes. I couldn't even be upset. Though I'm not that type ofperson anyways. Mistakes happen right? And we are all human. I'm giving a 3 star because although mistakes were made they wereimmediately rectified and the waitresses are always great! Read more
We used to eat here a lot but unfortunately the past 3-4 times have been not so good. Tonight is the last night for us. Both are... burgers were dripping with grease. I assume the cook doesn't scrape the grill very often. I will say the appetizer was good. Thewaitress did an amazing job. A lot people say be patient post covid well folks I have been patient long enough. I work hard formy money too and don't feel as though I need to just grin and bear it. As I type this an hour after eating my meal I feel like Ihave drank a big glass of grease. I hope they can figure it out. Again great job to the waitress who was very happy go lucky andkind. I have wrote a great review here two separate times for amazing food and service but sadly tonight was way different. We ordered... our favourite being the Fettuccine and Broccoli Alfredo and the Three Cheese Penne Pasta as well as food for our son and wedidn't taste his but both of our pasta was just bad. Mine wasn't creamy or cheesy at all. Half the noodles were just plainnoodles didn't even seem like salt and the sauce was more liquid than sauce. The cheese wasn't even melted on top of it. Thechicken was also strange. I found a piece of breaded chicken in mine and none of us ordered anything with breaded chicken sothat was off-putting. My husband's also wasn't good and his chicken was so hard in some parts it would be hard to bite. We'vehad these dishes before and they were amazing I'm not sure what happened. Our server never asked us how the food was and when weasked for the check not long into our meal with more than half full plates on the table she didn't ask if everything was okay.We didn't want to be a bother so we just paid and left because today is my husbands birthday so that made the disappointmenteven stronger tonight. I'm posting a photo showing what we left over because we truly felt we were better off going home andhaving something else. Even the couple next to me stated their food wasn't very good tonight and they ordered pasta as well. Greeter at the door was very nice an pretty quick to get us to a table. The food was great like usual. Only thing the staff... needs to work on is bussing tables. An food menu should be fixed. Read more
