It's a hit or miss with this place. Some days they know what there doing and then there are other days where u have to tell them... how to make it . I go every day and there is only one person that knows how to make my coffee. Read more
This place (Norway) is a hit or miss at best. A few of the employees are wonderful and get the order perfect. However there is 1... employee in particular that is young, brown hair, no personality and very rude. She should find another job that doesn't requireANY contact with the public. Without her I would have definitely given more stars. Read more
Walked in, waited and was totally ignored. They never acknowledged that we were standing at the counter. Didn't even look at us.... We left. Worse DD ever!!!!! Read more

I ordered 2 egg and cheese sandwiches through the drive-through and after I checked out they asked me if I wanted a receipt and... I said no thank you. After I got to my destination I was checking the food and I realized their sandwiches were wrong so I wentback to tell them that my sandwiches were wrong and because I didn?t have a receipt they couldn?t do anything about it even whenI said i got the debit card i used to pay for my oder It?s usually not a problem in any other Dunkin. Be here twice in the last week, got all coffees with regular cream an sugar, very simple orders and they all tasted like they... had no sugar in them at all. Maybe the machine is broken but either way that will be the last time we go to this dunkin. Read more
This Dunkin is usually a great place to go however. Today I saw an employee put there finger on the inside of a cup after... touching multiple surfaces. I asked for a new cup and they continued to use the cup as a mixing cup and then took the stickeroff the cup they touched the inside of and gave it to me. This is not sanitary and there needs to be education on this. Read more
30 mins waiting in drive through. Coffee is usually watered down. Customer service could use some work
