Been here a few times and the food has always been good.
We went here because a few people said that the food was amazing what a lie Not only was the food horrible but the service was... equally as bad . 2 orders of chicken tenders that were over cooked and tasted like yesterdays leftovers a chicken sandwichthat was over spiced and a pizza that tasted like it came from a gas station . Wow - well for starters the whole place is HUGE! I didn't realize it was a giant entertainment center when I found it on Maps!... As we went on a Wednesday ~9pm, most of the game stuff was closed - so I can't comment on that. The restaurant was great,though. My companions ordered sandwiches, which they loved. One had the fries, the other had the house-made chips -- and bothwere excellent! We also ordered a cheese bread - which was yummy! Assuming they use the same dough for the pizza, then it's agood indicator the pizza will be fab, too! I ordered the steak bites, and they were so-so. Cooked a little too much, and I hadasked for no onions - but it came with them anyway. It wasn't a deal-breaker as I was able to eat around them, and I didn'twant to send it back because the kitchen was already closing. I'm inclined to think the steak bites were a fluke, and aseverything else was amazing we will definitely be heading back! Read more
The nachos came out cold and queso was just nacho cheese out of a can. First Hamburger came out not as ordered 20 minutes later... we received our order as expected. Total time spent here waiting for food an hour. Save your money and eat at McDonald's nextdoor. Read more
CALL BEFORE GOING While at Urban Air we transferred our family to this restaurant, only to be told by a waitress the kitchen was... closed and they were not serving anyone else. After taking the whole family back out, we checked google to see there are openuntil 8. Calling to verify the person on the phone indicated they are in fact open as well as the kitchen and just sat a 13 topso it might be a little while. Very frustrating, they were very near empty so I’m guessing the waitress did not want to seatanyone else. After holding 2 large events here with sub par service I guess it shouldn’t be a huge surprise. 3 stars becausethe guy on the phone offered a discount to come back in. Read more
The food is pretty good and our servers were very nice. They only had one server on staff the day we went so if they were busy... they could have made some pretty long wait times. I don't know if it was an off day or short staff is the normal. The prices areexactly what you would expect from a place like this. We did not order any drinks but their drink menu was also average. The tvsare high quality if you wanted to watch a game. Read more
