This Culver's location is amazing. The food is delicious and my order is always right. The one time they forgot something,... when I came back to get it, they hooked me up with a free frozen custard as an apology for the hassle. The employees areincredibly friendly and they even hook my dog Max up with a "Pup Cup" of frozen custard when I come through the drive thru withhim in the car. I have never had a bad meal there yet.....and considering it's right around the corner from my house and I eatthere like 3-4 times a week, that really says something. When you arrive you are greeted with a friendly greeting. When you get to the counter you are greeted with a smile and someone... asks you what they can make fresh for you. It's wonderful. This Culver's in particular is very friendly. The menu items are alldelicious, but the butter burgers are fabulous! Once you have paid for your order you are given a number and someone bringsyour food to your table within 5 minutes or less, usually more like 2 minutes. There is a condiment bar and you get your owncondiments, and you get your own drinks at the drink station. The atmosphere is great. For fast food, this has got to be thefanciest atmosphere available. Very very nice. When you're done, you just put your trash in the trash bin and put your tray ontop with the other trays and you're done. Delicious food! Beautiful environment! And no TVs to distract you away from theperson you are there to dine with! Perfect! Finally, when you are ready to leave, someone says goodbye and wishes you a goodday as you walk out the door. Watched employees (one being a manager) put their hands in our icecream multiple times to scoop something out. Handled cash and... equipment with the same gloved hands. When I called to express concern, they didn?t take responsibility or seem concerned, andthe GM never called me back or refunded me for product I didn?t accept for obvious cleanliness reasons. I have been to many Culver's locations, but this Oxford store is the best. The employees are very friendly and helpful, and the... food is always great. They give generous portions and are consistently delicious. Another bonus is their frozen pints ofcustard, which are only $2.50 per pint. Most other locations charge $4.50. Yum! Read more
I truly am not understanding places and their lack of sauces anymore. I had a rather large order, full of French fries and... burgers and I specifically asked for ketchup and mustard.... well once again not one ketchup or mustard. Do people not eat frieswith ketchup anymore? Speaking of fries, also missing one of them. With spending $60 and specifically asking for certaincondiments I should get them. Corn dogs, and no ketchup or mustard??? And you make us pull up and hand us food and run awaybefore we get a chance to check, let alone come inside. We go through the drive through so not to go inside...nit's ridiculous.People need to learn how to do their jobs. I specifically asked for these items bc I knew i had to ask for ketchup for fries.Should never have to ask for that. Read more

Service has been great and the food is good. And you can expect it to be fresh, which is more than you can say for many of the... other fast food places in the area. It does take a few minutes to get your food, but they have a quality drive through system inplace so long as all the customers use their brains. Read more
1st. time visit. Ate inside. Service & food was EXCELLENT ! Cashier was on spot. GREAT counter service. Food was hot & tasty. ... Delivered to the table. Place was clean. Dining room attendant later checked to see that everything was good. The entire staffrocked it ! WILL BE BACK PEACE 12/2/22 - 2nd. visit, 1:15. Excellent service with the same cashier. Pop & fries were good.Cold beverage, Hot fries. Unfortunately the burger was not on spot. Didn't mind getting the tomato slice that I opted out, butthe burger was lukewarm at best. The restaurant was not busy as it was after the lunch rush and as a result the burger was off.Will be back and if this occurs again I will ask for another one. It happens. PEACE Read more
