The worst place EVER. People live there with kids running around parking lot, adult supervision, nill. No ice shifty... housekeepers. Ask for something, they roll there eyes and maybe have what u need. Rooms in terrible shape. Place needs to bcondemned. I'll look into that. I swear I?ve written a review before, could?ve gotten deleted (?) ???????. The ice cream is very good and so are the blizzards... which is what I get. It is usually quite slow but that doesn?t bother me too much. What bothers me is the blizzard is onlyfilled with topping for about the top 40-60% and the rest is vanilla ice cream every time. It?s just something I don?tunderstand. Why aren?t they filled up more? If they simply added more toppings in it throughout its a 4 or 5 star rating butit?s so underfilled and it?s every time ???? They messed up my order in the drive-through. This was AFTER the standard 30 minute wait. Offered me free food the next time but... did not correct my order or fix the problem. Shock and surprise, when I went to redeem my free food I was told that it was notpossible. So they lied. Why bother? Sonic has ice cream and they are 25 minutes faster. Thank you. Next! Read more
Blizzards are never very good, you always have to ask for extra stuff (toppings, sauce, whatever) in your blizzards because its... only on the top, the rest of the blizzards are just vanilla ice cream, then when you ask for extra they never, ever do it. I askevery time and never get extra. They also close 10-15 minutes early, I came here tonight at 9:45, 15 minutes before they closedand they turned all their lights off and menu in the drive thru off, they always do this. Very dissatisfied with the last two visits. I asked for chocolate ice cream in our 5 blizzards and both times the girl argued... with me and was very rude. They were not made with chocolate it was made with vanilla with chocolate syrup. We have had thembefore and they were wrong. The girl was not kind BOTH times. I will go to Lake Orion next time. We ?? this DQ. Staff always nice and they make the blizzards perfectly, no skimping on your mixed in selection. The S?mores... blizzard is the best. Can?t wait for it to be brought back. Oh and our pups love the pup cups, perfect portion for ourbabies ???? Read more
Possibly the worst service I have ever seen. Went last night around 9 and waited for a solid 10-15 minutes with no... acknowledgment at the drive through window. As cars started to pile up, we decided to go inside.. although the line insidewasn?t much better. It became clear that the children working were just there to hang out with each other, as they were makingice cream cones just to smash into each other?s faces instead of for the line of paying customers. One of the gals actually didmade a blizzard for one of the waiting customers but when she went to flip it over (as they do at DQ for blizzards) half of itslopped on the counter and instead of making the customer a new one she just wiped it off and handed it to her... pretty surethe poor girl didn?t argue because she knew waiting for another one wouldn?t go over well. Meanwhile the drive through stillhadn?t been acknowledged at this point and we also saw one of the workers make a blizzard for herself and started eating it infront of all of us. When we finally got our ice cream they finally acknowledged the drive through, who had been waiting forprobably 30 minutes at this point and we got out of there as fast as we could. Only reason I?m giving 2 stars instead of 1 wasbecause the ice cream was good when we finally did get it. Purchased a large Reese's ice cream cake for almost $30. When we cut into it, we saw that it had been previously decorated and... personalized. It was probably never picked up but they just covered it and Reese's peanut butter cup, marked up the price as a"Blizzard Cake" and sold it. I'm not sure why they couldn't at least scrape off the old gel icing... But it made us feel like wegot a old, used cake. Read more
