Agree with everyone here that has posted how ABSOLUTELY terrible management/franchise ownership is. We have been told... "cancelled/closed" more than once from this location. Too bad too because the pizza is good IF you actually end up receiving theorder you placed. Read more
If I could give them no stars I would. My co workers ordered from here online. They paid, and it said someone was preparing the... order. When they went to pick it up, the doors are locked, lights are off and they're not answering their phone. They chargedall their cards for our food. Read more

This 2-star review is not directed at the regular employees but at management/franchise owners/corporate or whoever is running... the place and making decisions and writing the schedule. The hours need to be updated. Online hours say they're open until 2amand I ordered around 8pm but they cancelled my order and called to tell me they were closed. I understand if they may be havingstaffing issues like a lot of places these days, however this has happened to me more than once with this location in the pastand I think last time this occurred I had ordered even earlier than this. Being closed at 8 PM on a Friday night for a pizzabusiness is super unusual, in my opinion. Never had this problem with their competitors or hardly at all with other chainrestaurants in general. I want to leave fewer stars but the employees have always been nice and the food has always beendelicious. They both get 5/5. Management or corporate or whoever is in charge gets none from me. If staffing is the issue, quitbeing greedy about your budgeting and hire more people. If no one is applying, get in there yourself and help them out. Step up. Read more
I want to give them more stars because I have had great experiences?. Hot fresh pizza just the way I ask for it? But the last... six months I can?t place an order online and no one answers the phone if you try to call in. This is my 7th attempt to make anorder 5 min of ringing and Sadly, it appears that unless you are a walk in there will be no service. Read more
They Canceled my order even though it said it was being made after i drove all the way over to oxford to get the food when the... time was clearly stated on google that they are open till midnight but they dont care to change it. And now i tried to call themto get my free pizza that they canceled on me and, nobody will answer my called I've called three times now. Read more

Orders food online and paid via card. Food was never delivered so I called they said the manager was delivering it and it was on... the way. 9pm came still didn?t show up and showed delivered. Called the store and it was closed. Called Saturday closed went upThere at 11am store was closed. Finally after a week spoke with the general manager and she said we are out of luck no food nomoney back and no store credit. They are crooks the stole my hard earned money and ate the food I ordered!! Would not everrecommend paying online before you get your food because they won?t bring it! True crooks !!! Read more
