I love this place. Workers are amazing they even bring out my pizza. They never got my order wrong and I love it
The pizza itself is good, but with all carry out places. when we got home our order wasn't right. Paid for two stuff crust... pizzas and only recieved one the other was a basic hot n ready. Its disappointing ???? The door dash delivery is terrible andthat's is you even get your food.It is a real nightmare to get a refund that can take weeks. I had 3 drivers accept the deliveryand then declined delivery. I don't blame the store but the delivery service and I will never use Door dash for anythingever!!!!! Read more
I've been there a million times and will continue to go...only If I don't have to put the pizza in the oven to finish cooking... it. This has happened alot. Someone plz fix this problem of undercooked pizza! Read more
Worst little caesars I've been too. Pizza was cold and rock hard. Cheese was burnt and little to no pizza sauce on it. Update:... I tried them out one more time and tried the crazy bread this time and even that was messed up. Picked up my pizza order and when I got home we sit down to eat. Come to find out only one of the pizzas was correct. I called... manager and told her and she said the would replace 2 of the pizzas that are wrong. I said why not the whole order because 2people in my family are mad cause they don't get pizza know. I went through the drive-thru looking for a 3 meat and a cheese pizza. No 3 meat ready, so change to pepperoni and a cheese. ... Mildly annoyed. Get home, 2 cheese pizzas. Call the store and tell them they screwed up and I want to swap the cheese pizzafor a 3 meat. No problem. Get there and I am informed that even though they screwed up, I have to pay the difference between apepperoni and a 3 meat. Left with a pepperoni pizza. Outstanding customer service!! We get pizza once a week, not usually from Little Caesars but lately we have been enjoying the Calzone style. Last week they... messed up one of the two pizzas by not putting any butter Parmesan on it. Seems small but honestly made a huge difference. Sothis week we decided to try it again and let them know. It was extremely difficult to have a conversation because it seemed likethe two young men couldn?t hear me. When the manager got on the phone his response was ?ok? followed by a ?being as it was lastweek he would not be able to provide any credit.? Did not say ?oh I?m sorry about that? or anything of the sort. I was soannoyed and finally let him know that. He finally just said well I can credit one of your pizzas, I was whatever. The place was so dirty!! Everything needed to be wiped down, there were boxes and suppies everywhere, not placed neatly. The... pizza was flavorless, it had no seasoning on it and whom ever made it put all of the toppings in the middle of the pizza. Iwon't go back to that location. ???????????????? Read more
