Super-friendly staff, especially the nice lady with the crazy/fun socks who delivers the curbside orders.

I am lost without my daily trip to McDonald's. I love their sweet tea and I love double hamburger daily. Where else can I eat... for $3.11 daily for a meal! Read more

Couldn't get anyone to help me. Tried the order kiosk but that didn't work, hit the help button, was still ignored. I WAS THE... ONLY PERSON IN THE LOBBY. I stepped up to the counter, was still ignored. Finally a girl looked at me AGAIN from behind thecounter and instructed someone else to help me. All I wanted was an ice coffee. Read more

Ordered a TON of food for the family Friday night. Got a Filet O'Fish and fries for myself. Had been feeling fine all day. Got... home, ate the sandwich. Got halfway through the fries and had to make a mad dash for the bathroom. Had no problems at allafterward. Methinks there was likely a time-temperature control violation with the tartar sauce (meaning it sat out too long atroom temperature). This happens all too easily and too often with restaurants and especially busy fast food establishments, asthis one was. Recommend to patrons that you tell them to hold the tartar sauce and supply your own afterward. Read more

They say a burnt chicken sandwich isn't burnt and then tell me it's the oils fault? Bad management. Bad food.

Frequently, when I attempt to swing by 20 minutes or less before the stated closing time, I find that despite their sign still... being on and the employees still clearly visible inside, they ignore attempts to place an order at the menu or even to get theirattention at the window when they are standing no more than a few feet away. It is rude, unprofessional and completelyridiculous. If it was my business, I would definitely be replacing the night manager. Its not like I was the only customeraffected either, as tonight a car was just pulling out when I arrived and an SUV was in front of me at the window honking whilebeing ignored when I pulled up to the menu. If you want to close at 11:40pm, then change the store hours rather thanadvertising a closing time of midnight, as then I could plan accordingly & come in before the new earlier closing time. It wouldbe one thing if this was just a one-off type of thing, because life happens & people deserve to be given a bit of understandingon those rare occasions. I rarely, if ever, bother to post a negative review or contact management over a negative experience,as I generally prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt that maybe they are just having a bad day or something like that, but this has happened the last 4 times I have tried to make a late night snack run over the past month or so, which indicates aproblem with the night staff & their ability or willingness to do their job during business hours, which is unacceptable. Thepicture I am including was taken 17 minutes before closing today, after just such an experience. What a joke. Hopefully theperson that replaces the woman that runs the place at night currently, when she is inevitably replaced for failing to even servecustomers until the restaurant is actually supposed to close, takes more pride in their work & the problem stops.
