Frequently dine at the Oxford Red Knapps because other family members like the fish and chips. Dinners however are generally... pretty terrible in my experience. Salmon is always dry and over cooked. Even had bones in mine tonight. Red skin potatoesboiled and bland. Never seasoned. Green beans must be canned as they?re always overly soft and over cooked and yes, bland too. Again never seasoned. Can?t believe they never season any of these things. Had the red skin mashed potatoes tonight hopingfor a better experience but no; still bland and not creamy at all. Very sad as this restaurant has been in Oxford for years andthey must have a following but I?m done wasting my money there. Read more
Staff were pleasant, food is just mediocre. The chili was alright, the acheson burger??the bun is just a softer piece of pita... bread. I seriously don?t see what?s special about a glorified pita sandwich crumbling apart from the patty juices. Read more

The ?spicy cajun? chicken tortellini was neither spicy nor cajun. It had an intense garlic flavor and no spice. Everything is... overpriced and burgers don?t even come with lettuce/tomato (those are a dollar extra) let alone a side of fries? you?re betteroff going to a Coney Island. I had the Knapp Cobb Salad. It was good. Huge portion for the price. The complimentary bread was delicious. Huge menu with a... variety of options. They make home made chili too. Will definitely visit again. Read more
