Just left the parkinglot, lobby closes at 6pm but they closed the doors before 6 and we can?t go through the drive through with... our truck and trailer. We got here at 5:52 and yet they refused to serve us. Very dissappointed that we can?t be served beforethe time they should be closing the lobby (which is 6pm) . We worked a long day and simply wanted some coffees and hotchocolate. Not hard to serve us real quick for a minute? Read more
Ordered blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese and a 5 an 5 with a Expresso shot end up getting regular cream cheese along... with a regular black coffee a bag full of Sugar and cream and stir sticks and a cup of Expresso and was $17 instead of $7 Read more
I was hoping to share my review within a survey, but I was never given a receipt to do so. I ordered a large regular ice Capp... and there were Oreo pieces in it. Absolute worse service I've ever had in a drive through. Didnt great us or tell us our total after we ordered or at the window... once we used a coupon, our drinks started over flowing all over our car after we pulled away. When we opened our bag they hadwaded up the napkins and straws and shoved them into the bag with our donuts and everything was stuck together. I meanEVERYTHING. Freaking shocked. Read more
BEWARE! Picked up a small decaf this afternoon to sip on while running errands. Imagine my DISGUST when on the last sip I got a... solid lump in my mouth ?- a dead house fly!!! And since the top was on the cup the whole time, it?s clear that the fly was inthe cup from the start. Seriously poor cleanliness standards at your restaurant. You lost my business forever! Yuck! This place is great! They have AMAZING food, and they are very quick with service. I?ve been coming here my whole life and I... enjoy their food every time, no matter if it?s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Would 100% recommend coming here. Read more
Everytime my family and I go to this Tim Hortons they can not get our order right when we go through the drive thru. If we go in... we have a better chance of getting some of our things we ordered. I ordered online and they messed up 3 of my items and I didn'teven receive the item I ordered. They are very slow and not very quick. We just got off work. we tow a work trailer thats too tall for the drive through . So we Went to go in to get some coffee and... the childlike employees lock their doors before 6pm. We call and they say it's closed at 6pm but it wasn't 6pm yet. And toldthem our issue and they said they couldn't help us. See this is why we need adult working in the costumer service industry.
