Atmosphere was fantastic. Not sure why the flair for the bar. If you’ve been to great cocktail bars in big cities this will... surely be a let down. First red flag was that my old fashioned tasted like whiskey on the rocks with a splash of water. Secondand biggest red flag was seeing the bartender shake a Manhattan which is a drink that should always be stirred no matter what ifands or buts. Very disappointed. Read more
What a gem in Oxford! The food and atmosphere were great. We had the watermelon gazpacho and it was wonderful. We shared entrees... and they all were delicious. Terry Moon is the best, he is a great server! Highly recommend. Read more
My food was delicious. I ordered a salad (pic) yummy—and a pork appetizer. My husband ordered the whole fresh fish. It had... very little meat, and each fork full was loaded with bones. He couldn’t eat his dish. He was very disappointed. Therestaurant was very nice but extremely LOUD. So loud that my ears were actually hurting when we left. Read more
This was our second time in this restaurant and we were just as pleased with this experience as the last. The food was... outstanding, with creative twists on classic dishes. The service up to par. Would eat there again in a heartbeat. Read more

Recently ate here on a Saturday night. Overall the atmosphere is fun and lively (can get noisy with a full house), the waitstaff... was very attentive and knowledgeable and the food tasted good - it’s not incredible but it’s good. However I wouldn’thave dinner here again for following reasons: - One of the pork dumpling appetizers had a large piece of bone in it. - All ofour food was served luke warm/room temperature. This made it easy to start eating immediately but halfway thru eating a coursethe food wasn’t warm at all. I have no idea why this was done. It was very odd for the hot chocolate dessert to be basicallycool when it was served. - There were 4 in our party and we were seated in the middle row that has small tables. We fit but itwas tight and almost every waiter that walked by me kicked/knocked my chair all evening. I moved as close to the table aspossible. There was plenty of seating on the sides for us. Overall the experience was OK but these little things all added upto us really focusing on how much all this cost us - which shouldn’t be the case at a place with such a greatreputation. I’d recommend this place for lunch maybe and then splurge and go to Ravine for dinner. Read more

One of the top 5 steaks I’ve ever had, and the staff is truly world class. We had a great time at this true southern gem!
