Mcdonalds was an effin' groovy adventure. We did the drive through. The lighting from the sun was very romantic. I was... suprized that the drinks tasted like sprite, though I should have expected it, as that is what we ordered. I was hoping theyhad chili dogs, but my loss. The side was something they called frinch fries They were. In fact, sliced potatoes, deep fried .. a healthy food choice. Must be an southern US thing. Everything was easy an great. I did mobile order then picked up at drive-thru. After getting Coffee. I left. The coffee was all... u ordered. Got down the road an i had just black coffee when an i could post tge email reciept. My order sats 7 cream an 7sugar. I got neither. I wont repeat that again Read more
Why in the world would McDonald's pay employees to staff a 24 hour location when those employees refuse to respond to the... speaker? And then they look at customers driving away like they have 3 heads after waiting for recognition for 5 minutes, whilethey scream out the drive thru window "We only servin' nuggets!"How is this benefitting your bottom line? I have never seen suchconsistently horrible customer service. And if you do decide to take them up on their "nuggets only" menu, they cooked themhours ago and they're hard as a brick. Read more
This place is so unorganized. I went in to pick up a door-dash order, and waited for a good 25 minutes.the employees were... playing way to much. The lines were long inside and out. I see the employees laughing and chatting with one another. Therecustomer service was rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional. when my DoorDash was finally ready the employee said I ?DoorDash forwhoever, you know what you got?. Like smh!!! Read more
The fact that they make someone pull forward for the cars behind them to pass all so they won?t have their wait time for orders... in the drive thru be high is absolutely ridiculous. I sat there and watched 4 cars pay, get their food, and leave all while wesat there and waited. Come on!!! I won?t pull forward again when asked to. They do it EVERY TIME!!!! Read more
Food was rotten! Now I?m vomiting and diarrhea. Manager Sharon brown called me a lie. Got a email from owner with no mention of... refund. By the reviews definitely not first time they served rotor molded food. Have food poisoning now. Owner should fire thislady and all disrespectful staff! Seems they forget us customers are the reason Betsy smith is able to afford that high dollarnavigator! Lawyer has been contacted! And prob headed to hospital in morning if conditions don?t improve! Thanks for charging mefor food poisoning! Should be a zero star on this list! In the drive thru, you?re lucky if they acknowledge your existence in anything resembling a timely manner, then you have to wait... ages for your food?which likely will NOT include everything you ordered. If you want to surpass the line and get pickup, beprepared to be entirely forgotten. Read more
