I was excited to try this new place and it did not disappoint! It is different for sure but that is what I love. I enjoyed the... [healthy] filling salad I was able to order. Between my husband and I we tried the salmon, tuna, and shrimp and a lot oftoppings. Everything was fresh and it was nice to try new flavors! We had some samples of boba tea and it was really good too!The little boba bubbles(?) were fun. I will be back! So delicious! Everything is so fresh and the colors make a beautiful dish! The portions were big and the flavors were so good.... There are so many protein, toppings and crunch options to choose from. I love that you can custom design your meal and theoptions are unlimited. Im so excited Oxford has a poke option in town. Even my picky eaters created bowls they loved ~ kidfriendly is a win! The Boba teas are amazing too. If you haven?t tried Boba, you have to try it!! Read more

*sigh*. So, they Forgot my Kani salad i paid $5 for. They forgot the 2 sauces I asked for in my bowl (& no, they're not... underneath anything). I paid for 3 proteins and the portion is what I expect and have received for 2 proteins. The rice is warmand with a lid on its just cooking my fish within the plastic container. I called twice, no answer. Left a voicemail, hopingthey fix this for me. Oh, and this cost me $23.76. Yikes. Read more
Really miss the old poke shop in Oxford. In comparison, Pokemoto is a lot more expensive and the quality is not nearly as good.... I ordered a large bowl and the ratio of rice to toppings was about 80/20. Rice is so cheap, I shouldn?t be paying $15 for a bowlof rice. The milk tea is ok, but not as good as Mi & Tea even Noodle Bowl. I didn?t ask for boba in my tea, but they included itanyway. The pearls are hard and firm and the grainy powder is still there after being mixed. They offer $1 miso soup with yourmeal, but it?s nothing special. Can?t tell if it?s homemade or from a mix. Paid around $24.98 total my first time here. Veryexpensive for lunch or Jackson Ave. I wouldn?t say I regret my purchase, but for sure on my next visit I?ll know what not toorder now. Read more
I was so excited to try Pokémoto, especially after the Hawaiian Poké place I used to frequent regularly closed. However, I am... severely disappointed, and can't believe how much it cost for a build your own salad and a build your own poké bowl. We orderedlarges and neither bowl was full, it was half of the bowl if even. They use pickle tongs to pick up the ingredients, which meantI found maybe two pieces of mango in my poké bowl. They barely put any of the dressing on, and to be honest I didn't even seeany of the tempura flakes on my bowl. The salad had barely any dressing as well, and barely any chicken. I'm not exaggeratingthere was probably a soda bottle lid worth of chicken. The girl who took our order kept saying we wanted three poké bowls,despite stating multiple times we wanted a salad and a poké bowl. The order had to be repeated multiple times before it wasunderstood what we were ordering. The manager even came up, and asked what we were getting, and didn't say a thing about howlittle food we had or the non existent toppings. By time it was all said and done, it was not worth the hassle of sayinganything to them. I really hope that Pokémoto works out their issues, because their food was actually not bad and they havereal potential. However, I can go anywhere else in town and get more food for a lot less money. I will say their bubble tea isactually good however, I do think $5 is a little pricy for a small bubble tea. You can get bubble tea at Noodle Bowl for $3.50and it's really good! I can't remember if it's the same size or larger, but I recommend it. Not good AT ALL! The chicken (?protein? of any kind) is cold, and it is WAY overpriced. $43 for two of us to eat rice with... cold chicken and other toppings is ridiculous. It didn?t even taste good. We will not be back. Read more
