Went to their location to order with my service animal. The car hops were harassing her and the person taking orders hung up on... me. Had to leave because they continued to upset my service animal. Waving your hands and coming up to windows while a serviceanimal is on high alert is not safe or considerate of service animal users. My service animal was concerned for me because of mycondition and I was trying to resolve it with with food. We ordered on the app tonight, the girl came to bring us our food and read our order back to us and it was correct to a T , and... she was really polite so no hate to her. We get home and the ?large honey bbq jumbo popcorn chicken? we ordered was just thecrumbs from the bottom of the fry basket- all breading and no chicken and only half covered in the sauce .
