Barista at the window was nice but there was a long wait. My drink was messed up, asked for no foam and got foam, asked for... cinnamon and vanilla and got neither. I know it's a game weekend and everyone is likely hungover but take pride in your work. Read more

I use two words to describe my order: caramel macchiato and large size. Then the employee swiped my card and gave me a hot one.... I asked to change to cold. However, they inexplicably replaced my coffee with a small cup. ? ? ? Why do I get paid for alarge size but give me a small size? After my inquiry, the employee seemed to think the cup in my hand was a large one. Finally I said, are you sure this is the large size? The employee replaced me with a big size. I frequent this place but thistime the employee made me feel cheated. LARGE SIZE AND SMALL SIZE ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT SIZES. Employees should be honest. Thisis not a simple mistake!!!!!! Read more

This location locked customers out of the building, forcing drive through access only. Beyond the inconvenience and absurdity of... customers being limited on access, they have created a safety concern as the traffic flow for drive through is horrendous. Sincehumans have become increasingly inconsiderate of others, three individuals were stuck in parking (they had intended to be payingcustomers). All three, plus myself, left without spending a cent. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I found HeartbreakCoffee. Highly recommend them for fast, friendly, and I can say now?better tasting coffee. Read more

I have given this place 5stars even though their equipment wasn't working properly. Despite there unfortunate technical... difficulties, the server promptly figured out a way of creating a beverage that was no more expensive than my regular choice,and it was excellent! Promptness was great and the product was great! Cleanliness was excellent as well! The atmosphere wasvery peaceful! I highly recommend this location! Read more

????The shop is large, spaciousness not used too well, kinda cafeteria feel and noisy like that too. However, it's got some... really pretty wall hangings and neat decor details. ????Bathrooms showed lack of love. Cashier was super nice - attentive,drink and snacks came out quickly but my drink was tasteless. After three tries, I got my ????'s worth. When I let the manager?know about the restroom issue he was agreeable. Note: Folks should not work at a coffee shop if they hate people and use theirjob to mete out passive aggressive meanness. ???? Overall, good experience. ?? Mistakes are normal, reactions are what we lookfor - on both sides. If your customer is pleasant and has manners, don't be a weenie and get irked when we want our drink to beright - we pay for them. Read more

High prices, food shortages, and long waits- I can handle! What I can?t handle is bad customer service. Today was the worst and... why I have no desire to go back to this store! I order the same thing EVERY TIME, Venti Pink Drink, lite ice. Today, my drinklooked extremely bad! I politely asked could they remake it because it looked different! The rep insisted that my drink was madecorrectly, yet it had TONS of curdles! When I asked again can he remake it, the rep insisted on telling me it was fine and wouldtaste the same! After asking again, he remade it! Of course, it looked twice as worst! Sadly, this is the second time in threevisits that they simply made the drink wrong. Again, I can handle all things related to the pandemic, but customer servicecannot waiver! That?s only fair! Read more
