I placed an order through the app and my wife went to pick it up on her way home from work. I gave them about twenty minutes to... prepare the order. My app notification said the order was ready. When she got there it was hectic. They hadn't even started onmy order and claimed their system was down. I sent a screenshot of my order, which she showed them, and after a wait my wifefinally got our food. BUT, when she got home I saw that two of the items (a cheesy chalupa and a taco) were missing. We wereupset, but there was no way we were going to waste gas driving back to that madhouse. All in all, they wasted our time, andbasically stole my money by not giving me nearly half my order. It was awesome. 1st time for breakfast it was great. Upset they had no coffee in the building. Tried to give me 3/4 of a diet... pepsi instead of a full glass. But all in all it was good! Read more

Like many other fast food joints around here, its pathetic. They are always out of like half or more of the menu. Sat in line... for 30 minutes with 4 cars ahead of me. Pulled up to the speaker and "I just want to inform you that we are out of chicken,ground beef, hard shells, nacho cheese, beans, tomatoes, and onions." Nothing worse than wasting half of my lunch break just tobe told they are out of basically everything. The manager obviously doesnt care at all, and the workers follow suit. I've been craving Taco Bell for a couple weeks now an I was unaware there was one in Oxford! I was like a kid on Christmas... morning when I saw it today but that was short lived! This was my first and last time here!!! Not only was there very littlesteak but it was also cold an soggy and there was a piece of chicken on it that I found on my last bite, that I think they foundin the floor that was dropped last week! It was so hard it literally chipped a tooth when I bit down! If that isn't enough, thefruitcake working the drive thru should not be allowed to work in a position where he has to communicate with the public!!!Order started ok, I pulled up an was instantly told to order when I was ready and I replied ok thank you and it went down hillfrom there! I wasn't sitting there 10 seconds an was asked if I had decided yet, even though I hadn't I just went ahead anordered what I always order! Then I was asked what I wanted to drink an unasked if they had Dr. Pepper, she/he said no we havePepsi do you want that, (you could tell by the tone of his voice he was discussed when he said it) and when I said no, hisresponse was (well what do you want)!!! It was all I could do to, to bite my tongue an say well I guess I'll have a) then thenthe intercom shut off! Almost 2 minutes later of me saying hello I was putting the car in gear to drive off when the intercomcame back on an he said (well have you decided yet) an y'all at no point until he turned the intercom off was there a pause inmy responses!!! I told him if he had not turn the intercom off he would have heard I want Mtn. Dew an his response was ( you candrive around to the window)!!! I use to drive a truck and I've been all over the U.S an have met thousands of people of everyrace all with different ethics and I have never met anyone so rude or disrespectful at least not by someone that their job is tointeract with customers!
