Food is fresh, staff is friendly enough. A little bit of a wait. Sad about the menu changes tho ????

The manager is awful. The front counter is chaos, the store is filthy and the manager is rude to the staff and customers.

App had a bug that required order to be reentered at store after already being paid for and Management refused to help.

Overpriced, rarely clean, overly traditional to a point of being a hazard people rarely care about good service

Line can wrap out into the road at lunch, however the food and service is great.

1st visit. Waited to be served even though I was the only person in line. Dressing on wings was not spicy at all. Tasted bland.

This location sucks I ordered a chicken kicken sandwich for my son and they threw in 2 tenders and one bread ????

On 7/24/22, I ordered grilled zen Cobb salad and a chicken sandwich meal. I get home and ready to sit down and eat to find there... are no fries and no chicken on my salad! I call back to the store just to inform them. I speak with the manager Shawn, who tellsme he personal made my salad and that he knows he put chicken on the salad but I?ll have to bring it back if I want anothersalad. I ask him if he wanted a picture of the salad because there is no chicken. I explain to him I would have to drive 10miles back to the store to return my food. He says, no people take food off and say they didn?t get it, just to get a free meal.Well I drove back to the store to get my money back and to show this rude Manager that I didn?t get what I ordered. Moral to thestory is the West Jackson Zaxby?s has lost a customer because they accused me lying about missing food from my order, I wastedmy gas on their mistake. Do something about your manager.
