The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. All the ingredients were frozen, the one doing veggies had an... attitude. I understand not liking your job but projecting that onto the customers is unprofessional to say the least. They onlyhad 1 bread type and were almost out of everything. I cancelled a sandwich, and paid for the 2 already completed but the lettuceand spinach taste awful. I prefer the Creedmoor location. Read more
Ehh workers there were very dry. Just like their tuna ??????????? walked in and no greeting stood there for about 4 mins before... they asked me my order. (They was making an online order) but they was talking amongst themselves. They didn't give or offer memy receipt i was disappointed in their sub. Bread was crusty (as if the bread cabinet was left open too long) tuna portions wasamazing but tuna was very dry. Read more

We come to Oxford often to work. But this place....I have a 50/50 chance of getting a sub. Hardly ever has steak and runs out of... bread so much. This time no steak and no Italian Herbs and cheese bread... ridiculous. Only Subway I ever have problem gettingfood. Read more
Stopping on the road for food is always an interesting gamble....so many fast food places are dirty, the food is questionable.... NOT this Subway!!! Kudos to the owner (and the two additional employees) who were moving at lightening speed to get customersthrough the line. But best of all, everything was fresh (just like they promise in the commercials!) And there was no skimpingon the toppings! When we asked for banana peppers, instead of lining up 4, she put a full handful on my sandwich. Bestexperience I have had at any subway across the country! Keep up the good work! Read more
I was a little disappointed that there were no daily specials. It was an expensive small sandwich but I do understand that... businesses have been hurting and can't afford to offer deals. I get it. Clean restaurant. Nice staff Read more
Horrible customer service. Slim pickings on toppings and breads. Out of multiple things. Sub artist argued with my friend I was... with over what she clearly ordered. Very rude. Read more
