Don?t order online!!!! Was waiting for 10 minutes before I finally initiated conversation to ask about my order, which... apparently had been ready the entire time I was there. No one asked me about my order or anything, they just kept talking aboutt shirts and how one of them can understand hearing french, but she can?t speak it. I?ve gone there a lot and always enjoyed it, but the past three times I have ordered online, at least 35 minutes ahead each... time. And each time it ends up taking longer, and am talked down to by the staff. I hate writing this because I had alwaysenjoyed it, the bagels are still great but the staff just ruin the experience.
