The young waiter was great until the end. We waited a long time for our check after he cleared our dishes. We were there at... dinner time. The breakfast foods were all cold. French toast wouldn't melt the butter. Home fries were petrified. Sausagepatties were raw. The chicken noodle soup was also cold. They had very few customers. No excuses for serving cold food. Placed a carryout order, went to pick it up, and it had errors. Manager or whoever was working checkout grudgingly fixed them.... Got home, found two items completely missing. Went back, and got items. At no point did the manager apologize in any way formaking me come back. To the contrary, she seemed mad at me for returning. Showed up 5 minutes early to pickup my mobile order. Ended receiving my order 15 minutes late. Asked what we were waiting for... after waiting 7 minutes, 2 minutes after scheduled pickup time and they said toast. Why did it take 15 minutes got toast?!? Thenasked for a manager and instead got a waitress who couldn't answer any of the questions as to why it took 15 minutes for toast.After finally receiving my order everything was, surprise, cold and without utensils. If I could give 4-1/2 stars I would, but I try not to give 5 stars to any restaurant that is part of a major chain. Our waiter... was very pleasant and articulate. There is ample seating. The breakfast was delicious. They could pay more attention to theseating chart and not put people directly across the aisle from you when there are seats else where. Just a good old fashioned breakfast. We had good service that kept the coffee hot and made sure the food was good.
