These people are so unnecessarily rude for how mediocre their pizza is. They have a no-eating-inside-their-business-at-night... policy which means if you bite a piece of pizza while your friend is ordering theirs they will kick you out. The last time Iwent to order it was completely empty besides me and while I was ordering it started raining. I went to order and right beforeswiping my card they told me it was a 25 minute wait. Since I didn't have a raincoat and the lobby was empty I asked if I couldwait there and they said no I had to wait in the rain. If they want to be that mean their pizza shouldn't be waxy. I wouldrather shop anywhere else in Oxford. Read more
Barstool Sports would be proud. No flop. Good dough, good sauce. My last pizza was pretty light on the sauce, a tad bit more... would be appreciated, but this is the best pizza in Oxford. Big boy prices; Little Caesars is down the road for the ones who putprice over quality. Read more
Dark haired woman who works behind the counter is incredibly rude and disrespectful to customers. I don't know what boy in... middle school rejected her to make her so bitter but she has no understanding of customer service. Besides that all otheremployees are lovely and the food is lovely all be it slightly overpriced. Read more
I don?t know why Bruno?s is getting some flak in other reviews - it?s some of the best NY-style pizza I?ve had. The crust is... perfectly thin but crispy and fairly structurally sound, with just a little bit of flavorful char, the cheese is delicious andabundant, the toppings don?t come off with the cheese when you eat - it?s great pizza. The wait was only 10 or 15 minutes andthe price was very fair for such a high-quality pizza. Read more
I don't know what they've done to the crust but it is super thin now and bland. I've eaten here since I was a child and the... pizza was always amazing. The Bruno dough was incredible as usual. Please start making the crust thicker like it use to be. Read more
Absolutely no issues. Ordered pizza and Mac n cheese bites for dinner and leftovers this evening to pickup (they don't notify... you, you just show up). Went to Bruno's 30 minutes after I ordered, everything was ready and the man at the counter waspolite. Sounds like the issues other people had were with a certain staff member or two and delivery. Tasty gluten-ness pizza if you order for pickup and grab it fresh out of the oven. But delivery today took 1 hour and 20... minutes in town. Salad was bagged with wings so it was warm, wings were hardly warm, and the pizza wasn?t in a thermal bag so itwas literally cold by the time it made it to us. Never got our pizza...paid for it though. (Even left a tip when I paid) I will say that one rude interaction doesn't justify... another. I'm sure the owner likes it when it's busy. There was one person making pizzas and tending oven. One person takingorders, maybe a driver in and out. One person, who was possibly the manager, pretty much just scowling at customers. If youcan't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen! Will not likely return...too many other options to go through the hassle. Ps...Iknow you're hiring, so before you offer me a job... I've worked in the pizza business for many years. Easily could have anotherperson staging pies on a rack to immediately place in ovens. At times, there were only two pies in the oven. Refused to makeanything but cheese and maybe pepperoni, Bruno bites if ready. Refused other orders. Not hard to write a name on a ticket topost in window, text, call or carry orders out to customers waiting outside. Your take for the night could have been 30% higher! Read more
