I have gone to Chipotle several times and ordered a large cheese quesadilla for my 9 year old, she?s too big for the kids and... too little for an adult size portion of anything. I get the whole online order thing, but exceptions have been in the past.We?ve traveled the US full time for 9 years and this was the only restaurant to say ?No?. The cashier/manager was rude, and ofno help. My bill came to $15.20 and handed him a $20 bill, was told he couldn?t take it, he didn?t have enough money for change.He threw the food in the bag and never said thank you or sorry for the inconvenience. Ordering online is a guaranteed way to get missing items. ordered a bowl and it was missing cheese , sour cream , and guacamole... . They do this constantly and dont care . you will pay for items you dont receive and youll constantly be contacting support toget your money back. but they give you a free entree which they will mess up your order again . its an endless cycle. The Oxford Chipotle is the worst Chipotle in Ohio and maybe America. This place is always out of multiple things.... On my last... trip It was closed at 5:30pm on a Friday... When a staff member came out he said "we are just overworked and going home"... Baddeal. Bad management. Read more
Clearly management doesn?t care that this location is the worst chipotle you can go to. They haven?t had forks for 3 weeks.... Weeks?? I?ve literally never visited this chipotle and gotten my order with every ingredient I asked for. Never. This last timeI went, it was 8:30, which is 1.5 hours before they close. The employees were telling people that they cannot order inside andhave to order online and wait outside of the building for their food while talking badly about the customers behind their back.I?m done. The food here is good, but you can't trust the hours posted online or that the staff will serve you. I checked the hours on a... Sunday, and it said they were open until 10. Since it was around 8:30, I drove out of my way to get here, and they had closedearly. Came back a couple days later on a Tuesday at 7:40 only to be told they were only taking online orders for the rest ofthe night. Good food. Poor service. Read more
Terrible service. No forks and out of multiple foods. Order bowl and asked for a lot of cheese. Server put on normal amount I... asked for a little more please. Got a dirty look and server got small pinch and threw it on bowl and closed it quickly. Allaround bad attitude with staff. Will not be returning get much better service in Hamilton Ohio Read more
This chipotle has went down hill fast sense switching GM's. They are always out of items and give the smallest portions... imaginable. This pathetic double steak extra fajita cost me $14!!!! I was starving so I paid but should have went to Kroger andgot a whole steak and sides. 9 out of 10 visits here are very disappointing. Read more
