Run of the mill Mexican food. More of a fun drinking place with 4 foot personal margarita dispensers and a huge bar. Perfect for... Miami students, not as much for families. Burrito Loco is a little tamer for families and better food. IMO. Read more

Fiesta Charra is one of our favorite restaurants in Uptown Oxford. We typically visit when the school is not in session to avoid... the college crowd. We always receive a warm welcome, amazing service and delicious food! All of the servers we have experiencedhave been so amazing and always bring the kiddos suckers. From the beginning the customer service was below par. Throughout the entire experience we had to deal with uncooked food,... unsweet sweet tea, the order included all the food asked not to be on it, and being berated, called a b**ch, and cussed at bywho appeared to be the owners daughter. From the start the customer service was less than acceptable, instead of showing us to our seat we were told to ?sit wherever?... which wasn?t the biggest deal but worth noting. Once I got my sweet tea it was bitter, I got my plate which had everything I hadasked not to be on it but even still I held my tongue up until I got a mouthful of cold uncooked shrimp. Our waiter thenproceeded to throw the food away and act like I had ate it so as not to have any proof. We were then cussed at by the ownersdaughter in front of the entire restaurant for simply wanting something in exchange for this awful experience. Read more
We have been here three times and have blown away by the service and food each time. Our server recognized us after only two... visits and consistently goes out of his way to make sure we have the best experience. This is the most authentic Mexican food wehave had in the area and highly recommend it! We will definitely be back many times! Read more
