If you call the phone line it will redirect you to the Louisville branch. Who are actually extremely nice and helpful, it's a... shame they're not managing the local store. If you somehow manage to get ahold of the Oxford branch, they will spend three hoursnot knowing where your order is and just keep delaying you. Then cancel the order because they got too confused. I've triedordering three times in the last six months and every single one has been delayed by hours, cancelled, or I've been told they'regoing to deliver the next day.
